Product Description

Silicone rubber heating wires:

Due to the good combination of properties such as good electrical insulating ability, flexibility and excellent heat conductivity, the silicone rubber heating wires which SENPHUS manufactures have been widely used in electric cushion, electric cloth, animal pet, jade mattress, electric shoes, electric massage armchair, car windows, electric towel rack, heat-preservation-type rice cooker, etc. products as heating wires, and in air condition, refrigerator, cooler, etc. to prevent the formation of condensation on surfaces. Besides, the wires could be used as the anti-freeze heating wires for pipe and tank, etc.

There are three main models Silicone wires:          
A, SH-SR-20
B, SH-BSR-20
C, SH-2SR-20
however, their technical parameter is almost same.

A, common silicone rubber heating wire:

Rated temperature:150ºC-200ºC -             
Rated voltage:300V-600V                   

Conductor:single conductor alloy or resistance wires twist into a spiral on fiberglass

the O.D. of this kind of wires is about 4mm. Other parameters are similar to thoset of SH-SR-20.
