Pipe Heating Cable of UL and GS Approved
Water pipe heating cables prevent pipes from freezing and keep water flowing to -40° C. Using an energy saving thermostat, water pipe heating cables operate on 120V AC and are suitable for use on water filled plastic and metal water pipes.
Water pipe heating cable system is easy to install, engineered in 3' increments to accommodate many pipe lengths with diameter up to 1.5".
Anti-freeze heating cable with 2m power cable and thermostat
Easy, safe, comfortable and trustworthy
Easy
Fit heating cable with insulating tape to the water pipe. Then only plug in the mains cord-READY
Safe
CE-approved
Comfortable
Never thaw out water pipes again or carry heavy water buckets in winter. Suitable for all water pipes whatever plastic or copper
Trusty
The thermostat automatically switches the heating cable as soon as the water pipe drops below +3
degree. Additionally an insulating tube can be used for maximum protection down to -45 degree.
Attention!
Do not cut the heating cable!
Do not install where it can be damaged by game animals.-protect against biting.
Basically do not use tie wrap by installation

Installation:
1 first unwind the heating cable. The cable must never be connected to the power line when it is wound up.
2 if the cable is too inflexible because of low temperatures, unwind it and put it for some minutes into the plug.
3 afterwards you can pass the cable.
4 the area around the pipe where you want to connect it with the cable must be accessibly and non-attached.
5 the heating cable can not be passed behind walls
6 put the thermostat with the round black contact area tightly on the coolest point of the pipe and fix it with insulating tape.
7 finally put the whole cable on the pipe and fasten it every 30~60cm with insulating tape.
8 attention: the cable must be fastening straight on the pipe
9 now you can check if your cable works.
10 afterwards insulate the water pipe and the heating cable with mineral rock wool or foam. Attention: never use more than 13mm of this material to insulate.
11 in general the heating cable must be protected against mechanical damage or biting.
12 the heating cable can not be put into liquids.
13 finally plug the cable into a 120 V main plug.
